The user only shared a thought an opinion.
Do you want to know what's rather stupid? - to have political campaigns on a forum about architecture and urbanism and skyscrapers. Far.from.cute. Next time please think twice before writing.

Is there a moderator on this Thread who is going to clean this up? This thread has a very high level of professional interaction. We really don't need this, including participants signature and everything...

The skyline doesn't seem as diverse compared to other cities, like London.

Do we speak about the same New York? The one I manage to see incorporates almost every architectural style that I know. What about yours?

Dude really? Pretty sure NYC has one of if not THE most diverse skylines in the world. Want a pyramid? West 57. Dome we could do without nothing special about them to be honest.

Just curious, does that render have the 45 Broad proposal in it? I didn't see it, but I want sure how visible or would be from that angle.

Yeah it's the spiky gold/yellow one in the center of lower Manhattan, right next to 40 Wall Street. It's probably the proposal I am least excited about; it's just so gaudy.

P.S. Or was it two or so years after resuming..? Well it feels like one.
LOL it was two. Still went up quickly

Maybe people lack the vision, but NYC needs something like this.

Interesting proposal. It would however be quite a challenge to free up that much space in NYC. And it would have no impact on the skyline whatsoever, because it is not very tall :-)
