Nice angle.

By the looks of it, a large part of 4WTC is still empty?

There's about 20% of space left to lease. All but one floor in the upper setback is leasable.

Looks like many of the upper floors are available:
http://4wtc.com/leasingcenter/availablefloors
http://wtc.com/office-space/4-world-trade-center

Slightly conflicting information, but the two websites seem to agree about the upper portion being available. I don't know how up to date they keep each website though.

The first website is correct. There's only one floor left available on the lower section of the building.

Clean shots! God damn the spires would have added much. The saving grace is the cross bracing and stainless steel columns.

I agree. This tower has been value engineered downgraded a bit too much.

Silverstein is a businessman and the tower was in fact UPGRADED to fulfill its economic functions;no need to be an Harvard's alumni to understand this
Also,it seems evident that,as PART of A CLUSTER, tower3 looked a bit snobish and cluttered with it's pompous masts!
NY is not Astana;Larry Silverstein is not Noursoultan Nazarbaïev.

It's so great to see this tower getting close to the final construction activities, it's truly delightful and I enjoyed watching the tower rise. Can somebody find me a red wine cheers emoji already? I'm tired of using the beer emoji, oh well here's

And there's still some milestones to come. Now that steel is topped out, I'm looking forward to the facade completion. I saw this in person yesterday and it looks great. I gotta say, one of my unexpected fav views is actually looking up street level from the "back" (or the side on Church St). I think it's because the bracing extends down to the street level.
