@ oli83, nice, there you can see how big the panels are, in comparison with the builders.

I wish they built buildings like these in the Republic of Ireland.
Dublin is plain looking and just an urban sprawl of 4 storey buildings.
Really is heartbreaking.

Oh how I hope that this will go straight up without being on hold, but I'm a bit pesimistic cause Related's Hudson Yards offers better prices

Sorry for the off-topic answer: and the commercial

http://dsc.discovery.com/videos/risi...ation-hub.html

http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showthread.php?t=1119329

Tower 1, 4, then 3 and 2, are huge projects on their own, but the Transit hub is HUGE too!

That transportation hub is going to look WAY too cramped between those two towers.

Why don't they slipform the core rather than slowly jumpforming it?

Some little tid-bits of information. Nothing really new, but worth posting,

http://www.downtownexpress.com/?p=5563

"Last week, the Downtown Express sat down with Janno Lieber, president of World Trade Center Properties, an affiliate of Silverstein Properties, to discuss the construction progress and leasing prospects of W.T.C. 2, 3, and 4; developer Larry Silverstein’s hiring of a co-chief executive officer; and other aspects of the W.T.C. redevelopment project.

BY Aline Reynolds..."

"...Are there any leasing prospects at the moment for 3 W.T.C.?
It wouldn’t be fair to suggest anything is imminent, but we’re very optimistic, as there are real tenants out there who would satisfy the 400,000 square feet pre-leasing agreement..."

Almost completely certain they will be open before then. They will probably open around 2015 or 2016.

What's wrong with nationalism? Seems to be working pretty well in China. The US needs to regain it's nationalism from the 20th Century.

Uhm... No. And I think I'm speaking from everyone (who's not American).

There's nothing wrong with nationalism, but we can honoustly say that in America some people have a little too much of it.
