Most likely, unless they resolve the tenant issue before then.

The new crane will likely be utilized for the podium steel. The entrance goes out quite a ways westward from the core. They probably need the extra reach. So it'll be here for awhile is my guess.

Probably just 2 or 3 floors more before it goes on hold?

This recent jump might be up to the 7th floor now. Here's a graphic counting the floors. I can't say whether this is correct though. But looks about right. But I've been wrong many times before when doing floor counts of buildings. LOL.

*The fourth floor is a double height mechanical floor.

**The PA board meetings stated they were stopping at the 7th floor. But the podium has nine floors. I'm hoping they'll go to the 9th. Seems silly not to build it out completely. After the 9th floor it's mechanical levels. So that seems like a more logical place to stop.

Think floors are based on standard heights

The lobby is two floors
The mechanical is two floors
That would make it that they are working on the 9 floor which would complete the pedestal.

They just cancel the unique things of the buildings (spire, bracing) and hope they will get more tenants in the end?? A strange way of doing business...
They do all look similar don't they.

Are they not already on hold?

The way they are covering it over and over with protective layers creates the impression like they would seal it for some decades

I think it is difficult to say, there is still work going on, but not really related to construction but on protecting it for the time when it is on hold..
