I wouldn't mind if it were to receive a 20 ' increase to surpass the old 2 WTC.

It has an architectural element up to 412 meters so I think it'll hardly look shorter than tower one. Plus this building is huge width wise so it'll have quite the impact!

From a distance, 1 and 2 WTC will look like fraternal twins due to their massings.

This tower is simply epic.

JP Morgan, Deutsche Bank, UBS, News Corp., et al could end up here.

Samsung is another company looking for a massive amount of space.

I think Ralph Lauren and Sotheby's will wind up at the Hudson Yards.

It wouldn't be so bad if his name was actually pronounced "Boner" instead of the correct pronunciation of "Beiner". I always just kind of shake my head when I see it, in hopes that the people that use it, actually know how it is correctly pronounced....or maybe not
Definitely middle school stuff though

It's not written in German, and it's not pronounced that way, period.
In English, the "o" would be silent, and I'm pretty sure the German spelling would be "beɪnər" and the eɪ would sound like a long "a" kind of like the word weight. But if people here still want to call him John "Boner", and make silly jokes, then rock on. I'll no longer argue the facts

I don't think anyone here is calling him John Boner. I don't read or pronounce it that way and it's sitting under my user name. What's a 2 WTC, btw?

With what Silverstein said recently about there may be news for this tower and the article today about multiple banks looking for large space in the city makes me feel very positive for this tower. I wonder who it's going to be? Looking forward.
