Skyscrapers casting shadows on the memorial is not such a bad thing anyhow. Shadows = shade, which can be most welcome in the hot summer months.

They've just begun work on the foundation. Not much to see right now. I think by the next 9/11 anniversary we should see the outline of the building.

Excellent building. I think this is the best in The new WTC. Freedom Tower is just crap to me. Is this fully U/C or still on proposal stages

Bedrock they blastin' is in a shape of the tower 2 if you look closely..
So probably it is for the columns, core etc.
Great news because it wont take long before they start "concretin' up"..

does anyone know where I can find a top plan view of this tower? I am having a hard time visualizing the actual shapes of the four squares (which aren't actually perfectly square)
