Regarding financing that I saw was being discussed on Skyscraperpage.com, I imagine that they will, most likely a major tennant of this tower would likely be a foreign company, which one I can't say but given current economic climates I'd say it would be major companies in Asia and the middle-east, like India's HDFC Bank. That'll bring in big bucks.

It will certainly be an interesting building. Wish it was a little taller, but how many of the very top portions will be usable?

I'm assuming it will give the appearance of four separate buildings but still be one?

The pics or great, but they have done alot more to this than what the pics show from the first concrete is pretty much poured on most of the level that is built there and the have a lot of framing on the next level above it. It looks like they are working to two levels at the same time.

Wow... That video was very inspirational. It shows how far we've come. And how far we have left to go. And the music helped out a lot too. I would watch it again
