CB1 Hears Silverstein WTC Update

"...Sub-grade construction and core-steel erection for 2 WTC also continues, with the street-level slab soon to be poured. Its substructure also will be compatible with the WTC’s shared underground systems and retail network. New details about the tower’s full build-out to its planned 88 stories were not shared at the CB1 meeting. Williams also said that Silverstein plans to remove the Vesey Street sidewalk shed as soon as possible to help improve pedestrian flow..."

Not yet. They're still doing construction as far as I can tell. Here's a good webcam with a view of the building:

On the webcam it looks like most of the work is done at the podium part next to the main tower, but that was the plan, so it's going well here.

I love what they did to the top. It's not your typical box-type architecture.

WTC 1 redesign! WTC 3 redesign! WTC 2 is my favorite building in USA! Do not touch it! Please .
Without spire WTC 1, WTC 2 will be top building in this super cluster and I do not knew......I'm afraid not to reduce the height.
