Wow, what we're seeing here is effectively a merger of sorts of BGC and Mckinley hills and west. I think these projects will complement each other. This is great development. Eventually, the borders between these will blur.

I think it will be in the best interests of both developers to see a blurring of borders, it makes the flow of people from one place to another more fluid and livable.

nice addition sa Fort Bonifacio after BGC and McKinley Hills..sana nagkatabi na lang sila ng Bonifacio Heights dito para isa silang big community sa Bonifacio South..

THE state-owned Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) is “unlocking” at least P50 billion more in revenue streams for the government by tapping nonperforming assets that include some 30,000 hectares of unutilized lands...

In Metro Manila, Casanova said the BCDA is set to dispose off two assets worth a combined P35 billion. One of them is the 33.1-hectare Philippine Marines property, which already received a P20-billion privatization proposal from the SM Group. The other is the so-called Novai property, which can also be offered to the private sector for at least P15 billion.

why?because somewhere on that nice McKinley West development lies the barangay hall of Southside of Makati City..you know the issue between Taguig and Makati..

let's see how this one unfolds when that time comes..

actually hindi apektado ang South Forbes Park..yung disputed barangay ng Makati at Taguig yung tinutukoy ko..Post Proper Southside residents at yung barangay hall nila mismo..

wow ang yayaman pala talaga ng nakatira sa pacific twin towers..
