You can make a separate thread in the Midwest and Plains section for this project if there isn't one. The thread located in this subforum belongs here.

Echo tower in Warsaw was renamed and the spire was added altering it's height. The thread should be renamed to:

WARSAW | Q22 | 195m | Prep

The thread is here:

Investor doesn't count spire, then we shouldn't either.

Tower officially will have 155 meters.

This thread needs a new name:

WARSAW | Q22 | 155m | 39 fl | Prep

We, the ssc, ctbuh and skyscraperpage, count spires so it will be included in its official height.

But it's good you added floor count. So it should be renamed to:

WARSAW | Q22 | 195m | 39 fl | Prep

But where is it written that this antenna is included in architectural height?

If it is indeed just an antenna - the actual broadcasting equipment - it won't be counted towards the height. But is there any source mentioning it as a broadcasting equipment? If not (at least it doesn't look like an antenna) it will be counted toward architectural height.

But it will have warning light for planes. I think that's its main function.

Not really you have plenty of flat roofed towers without spires. In Warsaw too. And they all have warning lights.
