Also, er, if it ever does topple it will miss the 2 new neighoring towers (Salesforce and 181 Fremont--but it might crush the recently completed 350 Mission tower which is also occupied by Salesforce.com).
Not going to be great for property values in Millennium.

Who have the residents filed the lawsuit against? If it is against the developer I'm sure they will just pass the buck down the line - designers, builders?

What a masterpiece! Also a really nice contrast to the rest of the architectural styles of skyscrapers in SF

Its crazy that this is 100x better than their new tallest going up. In one way its good to have a very good supporting cast, but the tallest is supposed to be the crown, the main event. Oh well this is a BEAUTIFUL masterpiece of a tower.

Can't wait to see this building this weekend! I really like the greenish tint of the glass.

Only bad thing is this is not over a 1000 feet tall. If only it is.

Yup, what a view it will have from this building. Very few cities in this world as gorgeous as SF is.

I agree and the new towers shine with elegance, imagine the view of the bridge in the night (with all of the lights), impressive sight.

Couldn't agree more! You gotta love what's going on, skyscraper wise, in SF now.

Yup, the only thing is, I wish there are more than just 1 building that will be over 1000 feet tall. But since this is earthquake country with a lot of other regulations, it is too bad that it can't happen.
