As the area is changing from New York, I love it, very nice design of new buildings, I love it.
Indeed, the area being revamped completely, I would not miss that style newyorker either.

I remember staring at that clock tower for 5 minutes one time, it's a nice gem. Despite looking very industrial in many areas, LIC also has many different faces to it. Those are some nice looking condos, others not so nice but what I really like about this neighborhood are it's industrial buildings. Thanks for the pics jwalas.

It's probably an old loft style building being renovated.

Another Brooklyn neighborhood -Red Hook.
According to wikipedia in 1990 one of the worst neighborhood and crack capital in America.
