I love the new Breda trains!

I love the new Breda P2550 trains. They have a classic-inspired design but with a modern twist. On top of that, they're really sexy looking at night.

I F*****G love these trains!! Classy, retro and sleak. Having these trains run from Downtown LA on through South Central to Santa Monica is going to be a beautiful sight indeed.

I hope the MTA doesn't ruin the outside look by putting ads or those TAKE METRO slogans on the cars.

Whatever man I wish I lived near a metro stop so I could put my car to rest for good. I love the trains. LA needs more.

Come on Fern, give them a chance. I didn't like them at first, but they grew on me.

Oh you bet your sweet rear we have some special bond for those metal boxes. At this moment I can't seem to remember (Iced Cold Corona's) but it 's definitely coming out of the sweat of your forehead.

Ask the BRU and they will fill you in...

I don't see how these won't get ads, somewhere on them. Aren't ads a tangible source of generating alternative revenue for our system?

Write to your local congressman.

Although I do agree a bit. I was in Phoenix this pass weekend and some of you may or may not know, their new light rail line just opened and their trains are just beautiful. And GIGANTIC! They look like they should be heavy rail. While I like the new Breda cars, I wouldn't mind seeing something like that going down to Culver City.

That will look horribly dated in 10 years.

Compared to the Blue Line trains which are almost 20 years old.

Just put them inside (not outside) the cars.
