GLASGOW | 236 Broomielaw | 30 fl | Pro

Its still going under changes before they submit it for planning permission

which will sit right next to the River Cylde. Plans are for a hotel use with

eyes looking at Sheraton Hotels decision to secure a pre let of the landmark

tower and sits next to a 14 floor office space which has been submitted and

approval is still to be given but hope to have it built by 2011 office space.

Yes Eric Offereins the last pic is one i added in. I didn't notice until i posted it but it would look better with two tower instead of one. But its still a high class building and with cost of materials lowering i am sure it could be done adding another tower on.

Images from Cooper Cromar's these design didn't get choosen which would have seen 44 floor hotel with over 600 person banqueting facility. What do you think of the design.

Has to be the best design.

236 Twin towers / 44fl & 65fl

A concept proposal from RMJM for mixed use towers at Anderson Quay. At 44 & 65 floors respectively they are designed to achieve a level of hyper urbanity in the city and ease further sprawl pressures on the countryside.
