According to the media the new land will be 800,000m² and it looks like just 40-50% has been made.

BTW because of its the runner-up project of the Mainz project TS fans aren't happy with the designs. Everybody prefers the bowl of Bursa.
So maybe they will change it a lil bit.

God, thanks so much - I knew I've seen it somewhere. It's indeed way too similar to the Mainz one. I would still never change it for something like Bursa - not the exterior shape.

Of course not exterior of Bursa

The bowl at Bursa is very nice. 2 large "kop" stand behing the goals. West stand has got 2 and the east 2 or 3 tiers.
