OK, but steel / Ton is a worldwide price with very few discrepancies , cement too and a stadium is done for 3/4 of concrete and steel construction...
So I can not imagine that a stadium is 50% less expensive in Turkey!

Sttel yes, but Turkey is one of the biggest (4th) cement producers in the World and actually they do not use the top quality materials in Turkey for the inside.
For example cheap seats etc

Probably far-fetched, but it would be cool if the TRF allowed Georgia and Azerbaijan to use this as part of their Euro 2020 proposal.

Interior looks very similar to the new Spartak Moscow stadium, whilst the exterior reminds me of the Baku Crystal Hall.
