Has anyone else a better way?
There is a motorway just to Krakw, than there is motorway under construction to Rześow near UA and than there are Ukainian "motorways".

There are no proper junctions, that's why "motorways".

Right now it is the M8 (E201), part of the Dublin to Cork route, at 149 km.

However by the end of the year it will be overtaken by the M7 (E20) (which the M8 feeds into) to Limerick at 185 km.

Based on Wikipedia - it's possible the M7 already overtook the M8. Also noteworthy is that there's 15 km of expressway grade road within Dublin on the N7 which actually has more lanes than the motorway part. (Similar to the M4 and the M2, actually.)

Not too bad considering in 1990 there was 24 km in the entire country and still only 104 km in 2000.

Ok I guess that would mean that Highway 401 / Autoroute 20 would be the longest in Canada then. The highway has different names in Ontario and Quebec but it's all the same road.

In Ontario: 817 km long.

In Quebec: 517 km long for the main section, add another 31 km for the isolated section.

One section of the 401 in Toronto is home to the world's highest AADT. It's also considered the busiest highway in North America and one of the widest in the world.

Finland doesn't have specific motorway numbers; the same number can be used to motorway- and non-motorway-sections alike. Only roads 1 and 29 (and in the near future 7) are almost completely motorways.

However, the longest continuous motorway in Finland is a section of highway 3, from Vantaa to Yljrvi, 178 km.

If continuity was not required, the longest would be highway 4, which has five motorway sections (Helsinki-Lusi 140 km, Vaajakoski-Jyvskyl 6 km, Jyvskyl-Kirri 4 km, Liminka-Kello 35 km and Maksniemi-Keminmaa 20 km) totalling 205 km.
