MUMBAI CENTRAL | Orchid Enclave | 56 fl x 2 | U/C

Can't believe that we didn't have a thread for these twin towers.


[Drums roll]

Coming up on Bellasis Road in Mumbai Central, The Orchid Enclave project by DB Realty will feature two towers of 47 floors each. The base of the towers will feature 5 floors of parking along with a mall.

nope and it will never be tallest. there is already a 60 floor building under construction and has topped out..

I didn't know that the construction has started on this... I always thought that this was a project just in the rendering stage....

no but second. It is Bombays second tallest tower at 210 metres (689 ft).

Cheers for that .So just to fill me in .
Its the 2nd tallest and Imperial is the tallest?
And theres gonna be a huge mall at the bottom and its near ish to bombay central station?
Gonna change that area quite considerably.Was quite down at heel last time i was there.

I wished it was on the west side of the suburban station. It would have went well along with the Imperial towers.
