Kharv village ( now is a city ) is located beside Binalood mountains in its south part 18 kilometers far from east of Neyshabur . because of mountainous landscapes and springs, climbers are always interested in Kharv .

That region is Southern Azerbaijan occupied by Persia.

Babak Castle are of the Azerbaijani Hero Babek who fought against Persians.

Every year thousounds of our southern brothers go to the Babek Castle to demand their rights.
