A 60 story building next to a shrine. Hmm, that's gonna look weird. And what are they going to do for parking/traffic which will be made worse? Parking they can building underground but what about the narrow roads leading to the building, it will be a nightmare going in/out of there.

Btw mrrao, try to post maximum amount of information in the first post, instead of posting it in a graduated manner. And the most important thing is the HEIGHT! not the number of floors. So please try to find out it's height and post it here.

i think they demolishe the structure a long time a go i passed the site today only and there is alot of machinery they have started digging a hole now and have dug quite deep

Clifton is the best location in Karachi for highrise apartment development. If I was ever doing such a project in Karachi I would also do it in a similar location. But it DOES seem rather close to that shrine which has all kinds of weirdoes permanently hanging around outside.

Yes, very anxious to see the renders, it will be tallest tower in Karachi, its heartening to know that they have started to demolish the already standing structure to pave the way for digging and piling work.

Some part abstract, some visible, on the whole a good concept and a nice building. Seems to be on such advanced stage of launching. Who is the sponsor of this building Mr.MRRRAO and how much investment in pipeline.

I LIKE IT, although these designs are very basic. Im sure they are still working on it and we will see revised renders in future. but I'm sure final product would be awesome. Mrrao please add the pictures of renders in your first post.
