I have to admit that i like it more up close than afar. Looks a bit like twisted metal from far away

The concept is great, but it's definitely not gonna be the prettiest building in the city... Something a little more sober might have been better...

I can't remember if I like this design or not. but seeing it from this view, helps me make up my mind. It's not a realistic design, I couldn't see myself living or working there. And I don't know about building it on Met Life Tower. They might want to think about building something else here or somewhere else. I'm not a fan of Met Life Tower just saying. Maybe it will look better in person.

This building is amazing!!! Too bad that new york is falling behind in field of good architecture... This is simply a good architecture, and new york is always turning down good architecture! I think that new york's biggest failure was not selecting fosters wtc design... And this building is like total fiction! Maybe reality for Dubai or China but new york...NO WAY!!!...

^ I doubt if you have any good taste or know anything about the acrhitecture of new york. Like it for dubai or china what about chicago or Miami? Either way they can have it. Since all they do is copy what we all ready have.

...Well, if you find new New York architecture is inovative and unique for a city of that scale and status, then i truly apologise... and to rest of you, who think that new york should have plane modernist boxes all around city in near and distant future...

This thing is ugly, looks like a hurricane came through and ripped parts of the building off.

hurricanes in mahattan that would be truely tragic. Hurricanes have a way of completely destroying everthing. But everthing seem good here. No wind or water damage of any kind I can see.

I still don't know how much I like this.

holy carkarama! That looks incredible. Absolutely amazing, far too out of left field for many cities, but NYC could absorb that without a second glance. Almost feel Libeskind is owed one by the City of NY after the Freedom Tower debacle.

I think its because they would rather have 'boring' and classy, as opposed to Unique/innovative and Hideous, but i wouldn't know

I can't decide if I like it or not. I love the innovation, and the terraced offices willl rent for a fortune so it makes economic sense too, but when I view it placed in the skyline it looks as if it is about to eat something.
