Nice, this is actually I project that Iīm looking forward to, be it delayed a year or two doesnīt matter as I intend to use it as a vacation home when Iīm retired.
The charm is that it will look arabic, I donīt want a place that could as well be in Florida, Singapore or Hong Kong...

DELAYED A YEAR OR TWO!??? SORRY BUT I WOULD HAVE RATHER INVESTED IN THESE OTHER PLACES!, WHY? BECAUSE I WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO HAVE GONE TO A COURT OF LAW AND GOT COMPENSATION RATHER THAN HAVING TO HAVE WASTED LEGAL FEES AND AIR FARES IN AD AND STILL NOT GOT RESOLUTION.

THE PROJECT IS WORTH A GREAT DEAL LESS THAN ANY OTHER ONE WITHIN A CERTAIN RADIUS AS THEY HAVE BEEN BUILT AND WITH LITTLE DELAY. AL REEF FOR EXAMPLE, IF YOU WANT SOMETHING LOVELY AND TRADITIONAL GO BUY THERE, WHY?

A. It exists

HONG KONG AND SINGAPORE ARE IN THE STRATOSPHERE IN COMPARISON.

I am interested in this, too. I heard Zone 4 and 7 will be delivered first. Has anybody heard something ? Or has anybody been at the site and did some pictures ?

I visited Zone 7 and 4 in December 2012 and all units were ready even then. I was told the only delay is electricity connection. A few days ago someone on Facebook mentioned that the electricity is now connected. If that is correct the handover of zones 7 and 4 is now imminent.

I feel sorry for anyone that has bought in this development
Visited today quality is very poor plot sizes tiny
3 beds have a back yard the size of a postage stamp which in some cases backs directly onto other properties so completely unusable
Car ports are so narrow most cars won't fit in and if they do won't be able to open the doors
No facilities
Looks like a labour camp
