Again!!! Hydra is zoned and in order to keep the costs low they are tender phasing each zone! this keeps it competitive as contractors are crying out for work! All zones will be built at the same time with diff contractors, this is what I ve heard!

I was on site today and Mudon is a ghost town and likely NEVER to be built and they have 100+ already up which will be left! for ????

So Hydra can drive the costs down and get on with it!

THERE IS NO EXCUSE NOT TO! as they will get a good deal!

Or is the owner still throwing money elsewhere on football teams and 100million players!

Complete halfwits

Having purchased in Hydra Village I'm not realistically expecting it to be built before 2012. But I'm going to make sure that the only people that bear the brunt of my frustrations will be those fools....

From my side I just find it doubly insulting that HYDRA seem to be doing nothing and spending loads of money on everything OTHER THAN BUILDING!

BUT

Gonna hold on and get a confirmation on mass mobilisation as promised in a few weeks!

Lets see

http://www.hydraproperties.com/projects/shj.php

Is that REALLY the Sarjah site. Seems awfully busy for a development recently launched and certainly busier than Hydra Village AD ?

Nope! Go to the Abu Dhabi update page and you'll see the headline picture is identical to the Sharjah page....

Guys, we're panicking more than necessary I think. Go to google maps and check out Hydra Village:

http://maps.google.com/maps?ll=24.51...z=13&t=h&hl=en

It's not as empty as the satellite pics we saw previously make out, that was just a small section of the entire project (specifically point C on the map).

I'm no expert, maybe one of you guys can shed more light...

guys,

maybe the google maps isnt giving a clear enough picture. I would suggest downloading and installing google earth and typing 'Abu Dhabi, Hydra Village' to check out the site. It will be marked with points 'A', 'B', 'C' and 'D' to mark out the end points of the entire site.

No villas are being constructed yet, I'm not over the moon or anything, it just looks fuller. But hey, like I said, I'm no expert. Maybe after looking at this everyone's gonna run for the hills

I hate to be a spoilt sport but I think its only point C which is the hydra site. It just can be that the other points are part of the site as too far apart and also too big.

Also compare your master plan to point C. Turn it upside down and you will see a resemblance to point C and in particular the earlier pictures posted by pailleenque

Guys,

I received a call from Hydra Sales - i believe her name is Tatiana, where she asked me for my contact details and (fax, email ..etc) . The reason for her question was that they sending me update on the project. I asked her if i can get update from the HQ, and she said yes. She did not mention what is the update is exactly about.

May be someone could pass by Hydra office and check ..

Cheers

Guys,

First Gulf Bank is now giving 80% financing on Hydra Village, but only for those properties purchased direct from developer.

Thatīs how you double your earnings...You let the developer you own sell the properties and the bank you own finance it.

Not on Hydra Village though! I mean they actually have to start building it!

My view is that NO profit will be made or increase in prices until they start to build!

T-2 weeks now to the date specified ref mass mobilisation! Watch this space!
