條片入面嘅「車頭相」係胚胎影像，畫面咁激都係想收阻嚇作用啫。

新聞處僵化　唔准人姓愛
2009年10月16日

施政報告聲言扶持創意產業，不過上有政策，下有「對」策，好多部門接受創意嘅程度卻十分有限。協助未婚媽媽嘅志願機構「母親的抉擇」早兩個月拍咗三輯各 30秒嘅廣告，主題都係性教育應該由細教起，搞出「人命」先後悔就太遲；三段片交去畀政府新聞處，申請喺電視免費廣告時段播出，點知新聞處將其中兩個廣告打回頭。

其中一個被喊卡嘅廣告「我姓愛」，拍攝一個小朋友開生日會，生日願望竟然係「我要『性』愛」，嚇到爸爸媽媽 O晒嘴，以為個仔人細鬼大，原來個細路只係視偉人愛因斯坦同愛迪生為偶像，所以「要姓愛」，父母唔使聞姓（性）色變咁敏感。另一個過唔到關嘅廣告係「嬰年早逝」，男女學生去靈堂致哀，悼念未出世胎兒，提醒青少年要潔身自愛，唔係搞出人命要墮胎會好難承受。

呢幾個廣告由演藝學院製作，母親的抉擇發言人稱，新聞處指「嬰年早逝」靈堂背景比較敏感，加上靈堂內「車頭相」有個胚胎影像，可能令一啲自然流產婦女不安，所以唔適宜喺電視播咁話；對於呢個理由，佢哋理解。

變相扼殺創作空間

至於「我姓愛」段片，新聞處認為用「姓」、「性」玩食字唔能夠清晰表達訊息，因此要嗌停。母親的抉擇發言人對此似乎唔多服氣，強調已向官員解釋，唔想太說教咁講性教育問題，所以用比較另類方法去拍攝，廣告亦無暴力三級內容，可惜官員聽唔入耳，質疑變相扼殺創作空間，「希望畀少少 instructions我哋，我哋要避免啲乜嘢。」

上述兩個廣告過不了新聞處官員弱小心靈，不過卻獲電檢處開綠燈，可以喺巴士 Roadshow上播放，亦可以喺網上睇到。而逃出生天，通過新聞處審批嘅第三個廣告「新年 BB」，預計年底前喺電視播出。八方向新聞處查詢，處方重申「嬰年早逝」令人不安，「我姓愛」訊息不清，加上免費廣告時段有限，每個非政府機構每次只可播一套宣傳短片，言下之意，批准「新年 BB」出街，明益你啦。

More likely you were watching Paid TV, which runs on monthly subscription fee rather than commercial airtime income.

In response to that, I guess Hong Kong Cable TV (香港有線電視) seems to be an exception. Heck, tons of TV commercials and product ads on their pay-TV news channel Even, if their services are paid, they still have commercials.....which is what I like (though some may not like it).

Anyways, I guess it really depends then.......

P.S.
By the way:

A few months ago, I used to hate Hong Kong Cable TV (and even said Richard Li and his PCCW company offer Now TV which I believed was the better pay TV service in the whole of Pearl River Delta region of China).

However, my stance changed when I saw more of their channels and programs and thought that, this company is not that bad. In fact, I think they're are the only ones who broadcast ALL of the Nanoha anime series (魔法少女奈葉) for Hong Kong on their I-Cable Children Channel (有線兒童台).

So yeah, I'm starting to like them.

And heck, the company is making a comeback. They now have the local broadcast rights for English Premier League in Hong Kong which is a blow to NOW TV (as they're just stuck with La Liga)

Cable TV used to have the Premier League rights up to a few years ago when NOW snatched the rights, and people moved over. Now the tide has turned and people are moving back.

I tend to watch the foreign channels and the all-news channel. Cable seems to be a bit better with all-news but otherwise there is no difference with NOW or Cable for NatGeo, History, BBC, and the like.

Cable is good when I want to watch live from the Legco.
