In many Asian cities nowadays. And Europe has whole districts made up of nothing but commieblocks, not as dense of course, but just as ugly, improperly balanced, overscaled, sickeningly repetetive etc. It all sure is interesting, but so are trainwrecks :P

Back to New World Center, I quite like its design, at the very least I hope it will reignite the spark on Kowloon waterfront, post ICC-it practically stopped growing

Living space and offices are different things. This building U/C and the tallest buildings in the city are typically for commercial use.
