Ministra inaugura empreendimento Nosso Centro


Abertura do Novo Centro proporcionou 638 empregos directos para jovens

Luanda – Um empreendimento da rede comercial - Presild, designado Nosso Centro, com 96 lojas comerciais e de prestação de serviços públicos diversos, foi inaugurado hoje, em Luanda, na zona do Gamek, distrito da Samba, pela ministra do Comércio, Maria Idalina valente.

O estabelecimento, construído com fundos públicos, vai, além do comércio, prestar diversos serviços públicos como registo criminal, realização de casamentos, emissão de bilhetes de identidade, serviços ligados ao Guiché Único de Empresa e do cartório notarial.

O empreendimento inclui também, no seu pacote de serviços, restaurantes e uma rodovia que vai permitir o transporte de pessoas e bens para a região sul do país.

Com a inauguração daquela infra-estrutura, cuja construção durou dois anos, foram criados 638 empregos directos para jovens.

Na ocasião, a ministra do Comércio disse que a criação do estabelecimento naquela zona, habitada por pouco mais de 400 mil pessoas, visa aproximar um conjunto de serviços aos cidadãos, ajudar a descentralizar o comércio e serviços públicos, modernizar as actividades comerciais e de prestação de serviços.

Envolver micro e médios empreendedores, criar espaços de lazer, sobretudo para a juventude, facilitar a convivência e elevar a qualidade de vida das populações, favorecer o desenvolvimento da municipalidade, transformando-se em mais um pólo de desenvolvimento urbano da cidade de Luanda, constituem outros objectivos do empreendimento.

Referiu que a instalação da infra-estrutura, no que se refere aos transportes, aumentará o fluxo de passageiros e de receitas que propiciarão o surgimento de outras iniciativas do género.

All those projects are on the list as their individual projects. When people clic on the link they will find out these include a shopping center. I don't want to duplicate projects. More over, I just put on the shopping list the big one, the malls..
The only one missing is Mulemba I guess. But where is the thread?

OK. I understand. But maybe you can add an indication to the malls.

Mulema mall ...the real estate magazines are talking of it and Jones Lang Salle, too. So it must be somewhere.

And please add Kalandula Mall which is about to be situated in Luanda Sul. Its architecture will model the beautiful falls. It is an undertaking by Ridgesolutions and will have a size of more than 65 000 m2.

There are rumors that a shopping center in being built by a chinese company in Camama near the new agostinho net university campus...the shoppin mall will have approx. 2 hectare of shopping area

The shopping mall will be called "China Town"....
