in these construction board you can see some names, I don't really know what you mean, but it should be one of the 3 names under "dirección de obra"

Thanks.
I did see this pannel. I'm not familiar with Spanish information. I do figure out that Gerens Hill International holds the project management and the people are Javier Martinez, Pablo Perlado and Antonio Barbero. Am I right?

no, "dirección de obra" are people from the architect's studio who check the construction in order to control if the contractor is doing everything correctly, according to the project, Project construction and management is a company or a person who represents the property (the owner of the building) and talk with the architect's studio and the contractor. At least that's what I think, in ordinary constructions in Spain there use not to be Project management and the architect's studio makes everything for the property (that's why I'm not sure about what is the project management), but sometimes there is project management when the property lives abroad, for example, when a british man wants to build his holidays house in Spain, or when a company wants to build its headquarters and they know nothing about construction or architecture. Sorry if it's hard to understand, but I need english lessons :S

Thank you Your English is pretty good. Don't worry.
dirección de obra is what we say in English "works management", the company that is in charge of supervising every work executed by general contractor and subcontractors, opposite to "Project Management" that is ussually the representative of the owner.

Ecthelion is our real hero, I'm just a mere messenger to keep the international section updated. Anyways here are some more of his pics. Clearly work as restarted after some paperwork issues about the lot. Supposedly there was height restrictions in this lot, and they had to do a bunch of paperwork with the city before restarting. The maximum height is now 120m in the lot, so they might change the tower height to that. It appears that they will finish the rest of the complex before the tower goes up or at least that's what it seems.

This last pic clearly shows how they modified the structure to adapt it to their project.

New render, tower has not started yet. They definitely taking their time, but work continues on the other structures. Pics are hard to keep up seems like the few Spanish forum member we have don't live close to this part of town and the metro access is a little far.

Its U/C now? I believe yes, under those photos. You should call a mod to move it to "Highrises" forum from here ("Proposed Highrises")
