It will be interesting to see if anything ever does come of this building. Certainly, 15 some odd years of that concrete being exposed to the weather of northern Korean winters doesn't inspire much confidence, but can you imagine the sheer waste of resources this building will represent if they have to tear it down sometime in the future? That'd be a real shame.

You are quite right krkseg1ops. Baltimore Raven is in denial and cannot accept the 'reality' that the beguiling Pyongyang supertall hotel is actually almost completed.
