So it won't have 5 revolving restaurants... just because one of their games said it would? Come on.

I didn't say it won't have those restaurants, I only laughed at the notion that North Korean propaganda is a good source of information

I think the tourism agency made that "video game."

My local DMW's driving test program still has better graphics.

There were no 3d objects in 1986 so you might want to reevaluate your opinion

It looks like a state of the art 15 years old video game. That's how Need For Speed 3 looked back then.

The North Koreans are proud of this game...now let's send Un a copy of Forza 3 and see how he reacts.
At least the Soviets developed a fun, useful game that was so revolutionary, it's still largely unchanged to this day. Norea's game is just a step above Big Rigs (ugh)

Even Need for Speed 3 looks better than that. And believe me, I still have the game.

yongyang Miniscraper

Quote:
The Pyongyang Folklore Park is a brand new attraction in the city: a version of the country in miniature, with models of many famous buildings old and new. However, unlike many other 'World Parks' around the world, there was nothing on display from outside the DPRK.

Here is a model of the massive Ryugyong Tower (complete with three structural engineers for scale) - quite a work of engineering in its own right. You can see the real Ryugyong Tower from the park (though sadly not from this particular part of it).

More like 20 years old.

Don't forget that the first PlayStation console was released in 1994, and had games that looked like this:

This North Korean effort looks much more like something that I would have played on the SNES (Super Nintendo Entertainment System) or my Commodore Amiga in the very early 90's.

Here's the "Ridge Racer" arcade game from 1993:

Forza 4 rather. I also really doubt that this is better than big rigs(even if that is shit). Looks like a old arcade game, and a bad one at that.

Big Rigs was pretty bad. It didn't even have collision detection, so you could drive through any obstacles, drive infinite speed in reverse, and no matter how slow you were, You're Winner!
