I wonder if that lowrise is part of the development? It has the same signage style as the wall where the entrance would be.

You might think that this building has a messed up glass cladding based off of that picture... But in reality, the cladding is actually the heat shield for this rocket ship disguised as a skyscraper that will protect the craft when it re-enters earths atmosphere after it has returned from it's interstellar trip. This is a bad ass rocket ship people.

That was earlier, now it looks much better. Judging from the more recent pics, at least.

If we do not know that anything is going on inside, and all outside work on the building itself is finished, shouldn't it be considered 'on hold' again?

Well the rocket ship tower really does look impressive in the background. And on a side note I am more than impressed by the soldiers in the foreground. It has to be hard for them to resist staring at that female soldiers a$$.

I have a very similar Lexus model, in fact probably that exact one. Same colour too

The tower looks really cool in that photo, though

I always imagine North Korea to have the occasional 1980s Dacia sputtering around

But they actually hve a lot of new cars on the streets these days, particularly Mercedes...

I've never seen a pic with many cars on the roads at all.
