This building is one of a kind. Constructed and topped out in one century,

and finish the next.

s, the podium was planned from the beginning, but the fact that it's being constructed is at least an indication that the building isn't merely being clad, but will be put to functional use.

Looking good. Seems there are first going to refurbish the edges, then clad them, since most of the corroded concrete was in these parts of the building.
