Anyone know what directions the sides face and the wings point towards? Might be able to determine from Google Earth.

Im starting to love this building. I love its pre 21st century architecture on it, with its 21st century cladding on its exterior.

Someone jump the boarder, takes some good photos of it, as well as some inside shots as well, then chuck a runner to the China or the Russian boarder.

Wow, looks amazing. North Korea is developing quickly. Seems the dear leader was right all the time.

So can I take this as you can't answer my question ?
Just feel free to defend yourself and the North Korean dictator Lord Kim.

Well, I certainly don't think all Chinese are little but I just described you as "little" relatively since you described me as a troll which is a bigger monster.
I think you are nice

Let's stay on-topic?

As mentioned earlier, the top of one of the sides is finished. Now there is a clear photo of this!

LOOL again and again...

Has the building been maintained for more than 10 years when it was on hold?

It's as much an opinion as "rain is wet" or "the sky is blue". Face it, you're parroting what everybody already knows and accomplishing absolutely nothing other than derailing the thread and pissing off everyone who visits the "world development news forums" to read/post about world development news, which is, to make a guess as educated as possible, pretty much 99% of the userbase here.

IN THIS BBC VID

The building or hotel is in this BBC Video

http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/world/asi...ic/8293940.stm

what worries me is the slave labour to build it.

How do you know it is inaccurate? How would anyone know. The only way we know this tower is under construction is because it is visible in far away pictures, and this is due to: It is not allowed to be photographed close up, and the people are not allowed to send out information. The reasons why are clear to most, while others are COMPLETELY OBLIVIOUS to the root cause.

How close can they get? When they snap a picture, does someone say "Yes, you can keep that one, or NO you cannot keep it because you are too close and can see the work"

Any visitor can take a picture of the Burj Dubai. Freedom Tower. Tokyo Sky Tree. etc. But lets's keep it simple: Name a country where you cannot take a close up picture of a skyscraper under contruction (I am still on topic here)? and yes you cannot be 'in' the contruction site. That rule is universal for safety, not secrets.

I can't help but get the illusion that the building is just building it's own self.

If there were to be any cracks, etc in the cement.. is it possible to fix that? Or if something is crumbling, etc?
