Apart from urban legends it also has false information like that saying how he was "finally allowed to take pictures of it" while thousands of images prior to construction restart prove that it wasn't forbidden to take photos of an unfinished building.

Looks quite something now, just need to cover the concrete peeping out at the sides and it will be a very interesting looking building.
