GOREGAON (E) | DB Woods | 190 m | 55 fl x 3 | T/O

Under construction in Goregaon (East) by DB Realty, Orchid Woods will comprise of 3 towers each consisting of 45 floors. There will be 8 floors of parking along with a floor for the lobby. The project is slated to be completed by 2011.

Nice thing. I am hoping once they are up, the prices will be affordable unlike South Mumbai's towers.

I don't know why they make such ugly parking lots at the base of such elegant buildings.........they cud hav also gone up wid the regular design and look of the buildings.

My Thoughts exactly, I always see a nice new building design and then see parking underneath it which just makes it look ugly. I dont understand why they cant just build underground parking like everyone else

Doesn't look like what ever is there is gonna be there for much longer. I can see a construction site in the foreground.

DB fudged a lot of their NOC

thats why Dalal street gave them a hard time. I would not be so trusting of that.

DB do have some really shady elements about them
