Nishanth, is it an IT facility, or any other office? Does not seem to be an apartment complex, but like a mansion for a rich person. Also seems more like a movie theatre from outside design.
In case you know, I will appreciate a reply.

Cheers!!!

Kannan, this one is an Office-cum-shopping centre. From the perspective it looks as if there will be 3-4 floors for shops and rest for offices. This is coming up on Pattom-Kesavadasapuram Road opposite Kendriya Vidyalaya.

Gopika Apartments
10 floors
Sasthamangalam

- Bus rapid transit (BRT) is a broad term given to a variety of transportation systems that, through improvements to infrastructure, vehicles and scheduling, attempt to use buses to provide a service that is of a higher quality than an ordinary bus line - Wikipedia.

As I do understand, TRIDA usually only acquires the land and then entrusts the KPWD or other agency to execute the work. The widening of the roads in the Vazuthacaud - Vellayambalam stretch, The LMS - Palayam - VJT etc had all been done like this.

During the British Regime, there was a ropeway connecting Munnar to the Valley (Bodi on Tamil Nadu side) via Top Station. This system sufficed the cargo needs of those days. Even today, I believe we could see the remainings of this system.

What about the idea of having one rope way from Ponmudi to the valley on the TN side near Amba Samudram and then later on connecting Ponmudi to Kallar? The Cargo requirements of the District can be managed to a greater extent !!!

Ajay's potential still has to be better exploited. Better his services are still with the Private sector. Had he gone to the Civil Services, he might had been another guy with tied hands, spoiling his brains.
