^ It is! I have friends and family from Tabriz. I'm happy to see this development, and it looks like they've started construction. But knowing how everything else goes in Iran it will probably take forever to actually be completed LOL. Let's hope not though.

For those who don't know Tabriz is the forth largest city in Iran located in northwest Iran and capital of East Azerbaijan Province.

1) Tehran
2) Mashad
3) Esfahan
4) Tabriz
5) Karaj
6) Shiraz

The project that the title says is about another WTC which isn't started yet. It is still proposed.
