Yes, it is a turbo roundabout. There will be more, I'm sure. It's the first one I have seen but not sure if this the first one in Lithuania and Baltics. It's really good idea though. All roundabouts should be like that.

It should be the first in the Baltics. AFAIK there aren't any in Estonia yet but many are planned to be built, especially within new larger projects.

What does it mean, turbo rounabout? What is the difference between turbo and non-turbo?

With turbo roundabouts you have to choose a lane before you enter the roundabout and that lane determines which exits you can take on the roundabout. Changing lanes while on the roundabout is not allowed.

Compare:

Regular roundabout:

With turbo roundabouts, the available capacity is much better used than on two-lane roundabouts. I believe the Dutch specs says it can handle over 30 000 vehicles per day.

There are 3 roundabouts (00:25-00:29, 00:44-00:48, 01:04-01:11) in the video below (sorry, not Lithuanian), is the third turbo?

Are you sure about that? In Wikipedia it says: "A turbo roundabout does not allow travelling a full circle." i.e. you cannot go around infinitely. The one posted by Agnette with the video allows to do that (look at the map). The one near Kedainiai, to my understanding, is not a turbo roundabout at all.

Not that's not a turbo roundabout, but a roundabout with a bypass.

Nice road but signage is really poor, I mean if You are not familiar with the city, You won't know where your exit is.
