Wow comparing those three side by side really shows how massive CTF is.

True. At least from my experience it is certainly the best implementation of a contemporary planned CBD.

I agree. It looks great, but I'm also interested to see how it functions when all towers are completed and occupied.

This is the best Chinese supertower u/c, hands down. Superb cladding, great height and a not too flashy design. Btw love Guangzhou's CBD.

For me yes. I happen to like sharp, clear edges as this tower has. Not a big fan of flashy, curvy shapes. But Shanghai Tower is great too.

PS: your wowchitecture site (cool blog btw) is missing Tower Verre and 111 West 57th, both to start construction this year.

Me too. I know why i loved the old WTC twin towers so much! But nevertheless, i still like ST a little bit more than CTF.

Thanks for reading my blog!!! I like both the buildings you've mentioned, but the posts were about buildings that will FINISH in 2014. I'm sure they'll make it into my list in the future.

In my opinion it isn't. Each building is nice and sleek but the whole district looks a bit scarce.

China is under construction. It is early to talk for best cluster or CBD. I like central Tianjin , but is very early in this moment. Maybe 5 years later. Many people, many opinions. HK is number one for the moment. Sorry for this spam, but China sleep yet. No updates, no workers. It is holiday . Awakening will be every moment. And will see T/O here very soon.
