so the final set backs are about to come, you can also see the metal at the currently top floor is not straight up anymore as well, meaning a change in design and it is right at the side where the set back is supposed to be, so we will see a lot of stuff the next floors up to the top

It depends on how complicated the top floors are, I guess. These are not standard floors.

The slant of the front facing columns was on purpose, no change in design. They are meant to allow room and to distribute weight and columns to the gradual inward setback that is still a portion of the setback that is being constructed as one can see in the render posted by Eric.

It's already almost topped out? Wow this thing moved fast.

It doesn't really look much taller than the IFC but maybe it's just because 90 meters isn't that big a difference between buildings so huge though I would have imagined otherwise.

Will it really have that forested enclosure on the roof? Architects' renderings often overstate such features.

True. But when it does, this will be one of the coolest roofgardens ever.

I see that building everyday from my balcony and am still astonished by the speed it's rising it. I feel like yesterday I could see the IFC and today CTF completely covers it (from my view point).

Entire Zhujiang New Town is close to completion

The upper floors have lower ceilings than the lower ones.

This might be my favorite supertall of this decade. The design is classy yet modern, without being too wacky. I mean, it'll be over 1/2 kilometer tall, full of verticalness with its setbacks placed exquisitely.
