this is so close to being done. it should be completed in 2015 and not in 2016, this building is the only building with a completion date that is not overly optimistic, but the opposite rather

Other than the brownish river,, the city looks incredible!!!! But I've seen worse in the US, the Detroit River,, pretty brown too, and an occasional body floating by.

That's kinda mean. They can't do anything about the brownish river since it is naturally like that. Every major river ends up murky at some point.

That's just an optical effect that happens when you photograph a bunch of closely-spaced vertical lines from a certain angle
