The video is ok, but is too simple... the supertalls around are not rendered, only gray boxes...

Hope we will see soon a more complex video with The Pinnacle, Pearl River Tower, Leatop Plaza, etc...

P.S.
The Last of the Mohicans song was a great choice...

I am so devastated that they are not going to construct the East Tower in the same design as the West Tower. It should have been the same design as the West Tower but wh not build a spire extending its height to 530 meters. I wanted twin towers in this zone, not this overexaggerated design. But I guess it's too late now since this design will mess up the skyline.

Funny thing is that even the architect of the West tower wanted to build the East one taller. Also almost every proposal for the two towers before they were started had different heights.

The video is so cool... So many trees...

(I like that they rendered the rest of the supertalls to (Pearl, Pinacle, Leatop)

December 27 by 羅生

The plot in the foreground is the J2-2 Plot Project, officially 80 floors, and should be 300m+. We should open a thread as soon as they release a render.

I'm sorry but I'm just SO sick of seeing that smog constantly covering the horizon of virtually every Chinese picture on here...

That's fog!
Check this thread (also Guangzhou, with several updates a week), you can see blue sky in most days. http://www.skyscrapercity.com/showth...410543&page=18

Just because they are playing with the sand it doesn't mean they are constructing anything. Sometimes they even dig the whole hole without setting any construction material. Once they start either piling or foundation works it will be under construction, but currently we can't see any kind of materials and therefore they are just preparing the plot (Prep), what is still pre-construction status

imo these pollution complaints are stupid.

China has over a billion people and every person needs/gives a certain degree of pollution.

When China has high GDP people say per capita it still sucks
So why not calculate pollution per capita too then?
