Well, I tried accessing it through Google translate since I don't understand Chinese, and it said something like "bad host". Maybe it just doesn't like Google, which would be understandable given the dispute between Google and the PRC.

The tower looks massive on the renders, and the heigh is 530m... without spire

Looks huge..according to KPF site it has a floorspace of 508000m2.
That's even more than the taller Shanghai Tower, isn't it?
