I thought it had to do with the pollution that the construction would make. All the dust etc in the air during construction. Didn't they do that for the Shanghai world expo and also beijing?

Seems like Gz likes to build a new supertall every time they hold such events. From memory, wasn't citic build for the previous games held in Gz?

Yeah, stopping all the buildings under construction during the games is some really retarded shit. But did they? It appers that The Pinnacle didn't stop, and it seems as though Leatop Plaza is still being cladded. So what's up here?
