Even after the games the constructions won't be fully in operation because Chunyun is coming very soon.

Yes they will its the biggest holiday in China where migrant workers return home once an year. It's the only period of time in China where most constructions will stop.

Dammit those Asian Games, even effected Shenzhen PingAn. There hasn't been any work on that project since the Games either.

I'm not sure if Pingan was effected by this or if they had other problems though..

No not at all. Asian Para Games were held from 12th decembre to 20th. Construction started again on all the projects, even east tower. I can see the site from my working place. I should take pictures and post here, but no worries, when I'm walking in the CBD I can tell from the noise that construction really resumed. Finally
