WOW!!! Do you have renderings of the other projects? I always wondered what they were building in between Tianhe and the new CBD.

I believe my reply do not really belong to here but I just wanted to give a quick reply on the question.
Check this link for some renderings of the HongCheng Plaza which sits in between the Tee Mall and Grandview Mall:

For the LinHe Cun (behind the IKEA) I haven't seen any renderings so far. They built up pretty high (around 50 floors) residential towers over there.

finally the progress speed reached a speed with regular updates and really fast changes as we were expecting from this building, but had to wait for for quite a while

without any doubt one of the biggest cores i've ever seen. don't know how big it is compared to the one from Shanghai Tower.

Judging by its dimensions relative to the trucks, looks way smaller than Shanghai tower's... and so does the wall perimeter.
