That's hardly a scientific measurement.
I remember Shanghai towers core being huge but this one looks at least as big to me, possibly bigger.
Does anyone have definitive info?

I on the other hand don't find that impressive at all. I mean the shanghai tower or pingan have large cores but they also provides plenty of space for the offices. This tower though is almost just a core, lol I like the look of the design but the efficiency of this structure is really disappointing unless there is something I don't know about it meaning for instance if there is chance that the floor plan extends much beyond supercolumns? Because for now it looks like supercolumns marks boundaries of each floor, don't they? It would be great if someone could post floor plans with supercolumns marked. That would clear things up.

it's indeed weird why there will be so less space per floor.

Thanks for this update Kanye. I was alway wondering about how supercolumns transportation looks like and as I'm here so many years I've never seen it until now. But still shanghai tower or pingan columns are even bigger I think. Imagine how they looks on the road

I am not sure but it may have to do smt with typhoons. May be supertalls in Shenzhen/Guangzhou area need this huge cores/columns including pingan. Kingkey was crazy, too.

No, imo pingan core to floor ratio is much better than this one.
