You can see here a well organized and planned sector of a city...

Open gardens, sport arenas, offices... everything pretty much aligned.

Um, interesting, they seem to be getting rid of the only remaining lowrise area in New city (between the stadium and those little twins with a blue pyramidal roof), can anyone confirm this?

No, they are not. The housing price there is insane and it's very difficult for the government to talk down all the owners to sign the compensation contracts and demolish the whole block.

This must be one of the top 10 buildings after completion.

They have there work cut out for them to try to make this as beautiful as the IFC,, that is 1 of the most beautiful bldgs I have ever seen.. Green is cool for 1 and it's just sleek as hell,, don't think they'll be able to outglamour that..to me the IFC is right up there with Hong Kongs ICC,, that is the best looking bldg in the world on my shortlist..

Hey folks, may I take a bit of your time? Today a forumer noticed that the world's top diagram that I recently posted in this thread lacks the names of the people who originaly drawed the diagram's buildings on SSP. These people deserve the credit for their hard work because without them and without their talent, none of my diagrams would exist. I originaly cut most of the information below the buildings out because I wanted to include Burj Khalifa 'til the top within one screenshot. However, I should have noticed this so it was my mistake, I am responsible for it and therefore I would like to deeply apologize.

Thank you for your time
Kanto

Too bad this wasn't built in the 80's or 90's. Would have been a great Worlds Tallest!

And large towers on either side. Well done.
