Building 2 «Yerevanian Berd-1»

We are happy to announce that we are starting the construction of the second building in the district called “Yerevanian Berd”. The building occupies 1180 m2. The building is equipped with two entrances and has 14 floors with 13 apartments on each floor. All the apartments in the building are residential and each is provided with an open balcony. The total number of the apartments located in the building is 182. The living area of the apartments is from 35 m2 up to 149.5 m2. The building is fully residential and each apartment has a balcony. Like the first building of this district this one is also equipped with highly sophisticated fire alarm system and fire proof evacuation routs. The building will be ready in September, 2009. This building is also noticeable with its unique architectural solutions. All the apartments are put into operation with ready interior. Moreover the interior design is realized by the will of the customer usingжиде wide variety of European production materials guaranteed by the producers. All apartments have open balconies. Some of the balconies face to the gorge meanwhile opening a nice scenario of the Mount Ararat.Location of the building: The building is on the East side of the district and is stretched from East to West which provides a magnificent view of the gorge and the Mount Ararat. The district will be far from the city noise and will always be provided with fresh air being so closed to the gorge.
Technical Details: The building is a cast concrete structure without junctions. The mid covers are partly covered with tuff stone while the balcony cement cover is in harmony with the building surface. The building is armed with sophisticated fire alarm system with gateways at each apartment. The evacuation routs are made of fireproof materials. All apartments have open balconies starting the first level.

Hilton Hotel Planned for Armenia
Yerevan will soon be home to a world-famous Hilton Hotel – one of an international chain of full-service hotels and resorts owned by the Hilton Hotels Corporation. As of 2008, there were 533 Hilton-branded hotels across the world. The 534th will be constructed in Yerevan.

“Hilton Garden Inn, a three-star hotel and an exhibition center will cover two hectares of land and will have 202 hotel and 40 apartment rooms. The cost of the rooms will vary between US$150-200 during [the] high season and US$120-150 during [the] off season,” said a California-based Armenian businessman Gary Bedian, the founder and president of Bedian International Company, who will be in charge of the Hilton Garden Inn construction work in Armenia.
