The steel deco and the spire of this building are VERY distinctive and make it instantly recognizable. Great cladding by the way. I'm not completely convinced with the proportions, though, I think it could have used a little bit more setbacks. But that's a minor complaint :-)

7/10 when i looked at teh first picture it looked pretty nice but when i saw the whole building, i didt' like how it just kind of cuts off then abrubtly ends once you reach the top

Tomorrow Plaza without the innovation...however for Dubai it is about as best to expect...definitely not the cookie cutter Dubai buildings that are going up these days
