A lot of people seem to be critical of the less bold color of the unprotected glass in that ribbon feature. While I agree it loses some "pop" - I wonder how much the addition of those awnings over the entrances will draw the eye in. They seem to continue that feature, and I can't wait to see that curved glass connect on through. I also think the distorted reflection will catch the eye, as it does in some of the pics shared here. (Thanks for sharing!)

I ask you who are critical of the new colors to remember, this is a LUXURY residential building, not some casino in Atlantic City. The outside of the building serves no technical purpose except for gratification for those who live inside. Furthermore, tenants don't want to look out their windows everyday and have a tinted blue view of the world outside, that's obnoxious. The actual color is far more elegant and much less tacky. And remember, this is in an area where this building contrasts conservative pre-war buildings of great importance such as the essex house and carnegie hall. To have some tacky blue color that is imposing to say the least is borderline disrespect.

Where are they on that diagram right now? By the last set back around floor 58?

Also, do you know the height? It would seem to me they are around 700 ft.

They have just finished a mechanical floor though, which really confuses me because one Otie's diagram the mechanical floor is on level 47.....which seems a little low compared to what we see in the pictures.....

Amazing diagram once again Otie! You have to cladding and reflections spot on!

Right above that mechanical floor..It's the one with solid walls on Carlos's pics..Windscreen covers 4 floors, so 51st floor..

Otie, that model is sick..

Yeah'p. Exactly.

Floor mechanical is situated on the floor 49.
He has over 23 floors to go...
As the upper floors are thinner, now it will go faster.

Ohhh, excellent diagram Otie! Awesome!

Thanks for the feedback, guys, really appreciated... though I'd love to hear critics.
Looks like they've modified the floor schedule... Dino, what floors are now mechanical? 19 & 49?

Only one thing I noticed was that you don't have the 3rd set of "ripples" in the facade, the ones that have had the wrapping already removed, other than that it's an amazing model!

I would love to see a close up of the top part that faces central park, I've never seen this part close up in any renders yet.
